•  Free Demo Classes      Free demo sessions are provided to help parents and students understand our teaching approach. These                                                     sessions do not require payment.

• Program Refunds           Refund requests must be made before the start of the program. Once a program has begun, refunds may                                                   not be available.

• Missed Classes              If a student misses a scheduled class, we may provide materials or resources to help them review the lesson,                                              makeup sessions are based on availability but not guaranteed.

• Program Changes        If Akshar Vidhya Academy needs to cancel or reschedule a program, parents will be notified and alternative                                               options will be provided.
